Delivery Confirmation
Customers must inspect the vehicle, charger, keys, accessories and documents at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, defect or missing item must be reported immediately upon delivery.
Warranty Coverage
• Lead Acid Battery – 1 Year Warranty

• Lithium-Ion Battery – Total 3 Years Warranty
- First 2 Years: Repair or replacement for manufacturing defects including BMS, internal cells or battery pack.
- Third Year: Repair service only. Battery replacement is not applicable.

• Motor – 1 Year Warranty
• Controller – 1 Year Warranty
• Charger – 1 Year Warranty

Warranty starts from invoice date or delivery date, whichever is earlier. E-Rickshaw warranty may vary according to model and invoice terms.
Warranty Conditions
• Lithium batteries should be charged at least once every 15 days when not in use.
• Lead acid batteries require periodic charging and maintenance.
• Service schedules should be followed as prescribed.
• Vehicle must be operated within specified load capacity.
• Original invoice is mandatory for warranty claims.
Warranty Will Be Void If
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Water damage, fire damage or short-circuit.
• Misuse, negligence or accidents.
• Use of non-approved chargers or accessories.
• Overloading beyond vehicle capacity.
• Tampering of stickers or serial numbers.
• Failure to produce original invoice.
Battery Replacement Policy
The company may repair or replace internal battery components or provide a replacement battery pack as per company policy. The original outer battery enclosure may be retained and need not be replaced.
Fire & Liability Policy
Battery fire or thermal incidents will be investigated by the company. Claims resulting from misuse, negligence, improper charging or unauthorized modifications may be rejected.

Oasis E-Vehicles shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, property, cargo or business losses arising from vehicle use or misuse.
Transportation Charges
Transportation of vehicles, batteries or components to the service centre shall generally be borne by the customer. Return transportation after approved repair or replacement may be covered by company policy.
Parts Replacement Policy
Any damaged or defective parts must be reported within 15 days of delivery. No exchange or replacement request will be entertained after 15 days unless covered under applicable warranty terms.
Range & Performance Disclaimer
Vehicle range and performance may vary depending on rider weight, passenger count, cargo load, road conditions, weather conditions, battery health, tyre pressure and driving style.

Booking requests submitted through the website, inquiry forms, WhatsApp, phone calls or social media are considered inquiries only and do not constitute a confirmed order.

Vehicle prices, specifications, colours, features, offers and delivery timelines are subject to confirmation and may change without prior notice.

Orders shall be considered confirmed only after company approval and receipt of applicable advance payment, if required.
